RETURN POLICY FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your artwork. To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 5 calendar days of receiving your artwork.
  • You must contact us within this 5-day period to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

📦 Packaging & Return Shipping

  • All artwork is professionally packed to protect it during shipping.
  • If you choose to return a painting, you must:
    • Use the original shipping box
    • Use all original packaging materials
    • Replicate the exact packing method used
  • Improper repacking may result in damage and affect refund eligibility.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, including:
    • Full insurance for the purchase value
    • A trackable shipping method
    • Prompt notification of the tracking number
  • We do not reimburse return shipping or insurance costs under any circumstances.

If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

While rare, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your painting arrives damaged:

  1. Take Photos Immediately
    • Photograph the artwork and all packaging materials upon discovering damage.
  2. Contact Us Within 48 Hours
    • Email us with clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include details of the damage in your message.
  3. Do Not Return the Painting Yet
    • Wait for our response with further instructions.
    • We may ask for additional documentation or photos.
  4. Resolution Options
    • If damage is verified, we will offer either:
      • A full refund, or
      • A replacement or alternate work, if available.
  5. Return Shipping (in case of damage)
    • If return shipping is required, the buyer is still responsible for:
      • Packaging the artwork properly in the original materials
      • Insuring the shipment for its full value
      • Shipping costs, unless otherwise specified
    • We may cover return shipping only in confirmed cases of transit damage, at our discretion.

 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • The painting is returned in its original, undamaged condition, properly packed in the original materials, and within the 5-day return window.
  • Or, the painting arrived damaged, and you reported the damage with supporting photos within 48 hours of receipt, and followed all return instructions provided.

Refunds will be fully denied if:

  • The painting is returned damaged due to improper packing or lack of insurance.
  • The return was not authorized.
  • Damage is reported after 48 hours of delivery without documentation.

Please note: Even if shipping was included in the purchase price, we will deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.

Example: If your purchase total was $1,000 and our cost to ship was $100, the maximum eligible refund would be $900.

Before returning your artwork, ensure that:

  • You received a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • You are within the 5-day return window
  • You used the original box and all packing materials
  • You followed the exact same packing method
  • The return is fully insured and trackable
  • You emailed us the tracking number immediately after shipping
  • If you are returning the artwork due to transit damage, you have followed all steps outlined in the “If the Artwork Arrives Damaged” section above
